I have been a counselor for over 25 years. I was a biblical counselor for 10 years before obtaining my Masters Degree in Social Work at Eastern WA University and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with the State of Washington.

I am a wife and mother of two. I have a heart for those who are hurting and a fierce belief in them and in championing them to become all they were created to be. It is one of my greatest joys.

I have served students and their families for 13+ years and they keep me young, engaged and joyful.

I am a former mayor and served as a councilperson for over 15 years. I love to sing.

I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DCBT) and Acceptance Therapy (ACT) and serve youth, adults, groups, families and couples.
